Overweight kids become overweight adults if they don’t get help More than two years of user centered design produced the features teens, parents and providers want most. to help their child succeed while promoting their autonomy.  They want to know the impact of the child’s eating and activity goals. that advice offered every three or four months is not enough engagement to change behaviors. They want 15 minute, quarterly visits to be more than just data gathering.  They want a summary of what the teen had been doing so they can engage their patient and direct their weight loss efforts.    extends the reach of the provider, prevents costly specialty referrals.  is an app built for kids to help them make sense of nutrition and exercise information and create their own step by step plan to change their habits.
