Steve Allen and Cilk McSweeney founded Kingdom Training, Inc. in 2009 based out of , with a desire and commitment to change young children’s lives through the game of basketball. Our mission is to change lives by “Building Champions” one life at a time. We have decided to take the life lessons and the mastery of skills we’ve developed, to help youth basketball players achieve their goals and reach new heights through the game of basketball. It is our belief, that through this sport we can help today’s youth develop a Kingdom mindset, which allows them to be fully confident and strive to reach their maximum potential as they look ahead to the bright future that comes with hard work and determination. Through our journey with basketball, we know not everyone is going to make it to be professional players, but the qualities and skills you learn through athletics are things that will be preserved for life and some of the friends you meet will also be for life. Steve and Cilk met at the age of 15 playing on the same travel basketball team, becoming best friends and then later Steve became family by marrying Cilk’s sister.
