KMS specializes in servicing the large scale residential and commercial builder with plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. Projects include military housing, multi-family, single family, condominiums, hotels, tax credit housing and other large scale commercial projects. The actual authority to approve and sign contracts on behalf of Kimbel Mechanical Systems, Inc. rests ONLY with Company Officers – CEO, COO, CFO. No other individual, regardless of position, rank, past dealings, or previously granted authority may enter into any binding contract negotiations or approve or execute a contract on behalf of Kimbel Mechanical Systems, Inc. In some cases, additional signatory authority may be delegated by Company Officers through an ‘Authorization of Agency Form.’ Contract agency will not, and cannot, be granted in any other manner including but not limited to ‘verbal approval,’ ‘approval by email,’ and ‘approval in writing other than an Authorization of Agency Form.’ The ‘Authorization of Agency Form’ is the ONLY acceptable measure by which an employee can be granted authority to enter into contractual agreements on behalf of Kimbel Mechanical Systems, Inc.
