What started out as a food truck concept, which is currently rolling around South Florida as the Killer Melts Food Truck, is now a local establishment. Chef Kevin Hase introduced the Killer Melts Food Truck to Miami in 2014. One of the most popular trucks at Food Truck Invasion and Burger Beast events and customers always asked when they were going to open a restaurant.
