Kidz Learning Spot, LLC Our Philosophy We believe that every child has the potential to graduate. Some just need an added push. Kidz Learning Spot is tutoring center dedicated to helping all students graduate high school. Research shows that the success of a child’s elementary years is a huge contributor to their chance of graduating high school, so we offer services for students in elementary school in order to try to help more children progress on through high school and even college. Here at Kidz Learning Spot, we are determined to help to every child succeed. We fully believe that if you master the fundamentals now, you will have greater success later. We not only strive to help students, but to help the parents. We know as educators, that most of the time parents want to help, but they are unable to do so. This may be because they are not familiar with the new teaching strategies and/or standards. So, one of our missions is to provide resources for parents. Find yourself confused by what you kids are learning. Our parent support has videos to help. It has always been my mission to provide an atmosphere for children where they can learn and grow and through Kidz Learning Spot, LLC I hope to continue that journey. I am passionate about working with students here at Kidz Learning Spot, LLC because elementary and middle school students undergo many changes in their education. From Kindergarten to first grade, form fifth grade to sixth and especially second to third (the year when FSA is introduced to students). I hope to be able to help other students with these transitions and more. I got my degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, then I pursued an education career and received my teaching certificate . Now, I have had the opportunity to teach for a few years and I really enjoy it. As an educator in my own classroom, my goal is to prepare my students for the world. I want to make sure that they are introduced to the concepts, software, and other advances out there that would help them advance in the world as it grows. This is one of the reasons that I am so passionate about virtual tutoring. Not only will students receive quality supplemental instruction, but they will be exposed to technology.
