As his knowledge for fine dining grew so did his love to give back to his community. After seven years as executive chef he decided to start his own catering business looking to be more hands on and involved with his food and ideas. Wesley’s ever growing passion for food, and his responsibility to nourish Jacksonville has led him to create different and exciting services with private dinners, on-the-GO meal plans sourced locally and seasonally.
