Dr. Gorman became the Northeast Regional Medical Director for Keystone in November 2016. In his role, he provides medical leadership, aid in recruitment and retention of both physicians and APPs, and assists in quality improvement measures in all of our Emergency Departments in the Northern Region. He also acts as a liaison between local administrations and Keystone’s corporate office in Tennessee. He is currently the Emergency Department Chair at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and has held this position with Keystone since September of 2013. Dr. Gorman received his M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1998. He then completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Buffalo in 2002, and was Chief Resident for the program during his final year. Dr. Gorman is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians. He has teaching appointments with the University of Buffalo and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, and has also held teaching positions with Boston University and Tufts University. Dina became the Regional Director of APPs for Keystone in November of 2016. She has also served as Lead Physician Assistant for the Emergency Departments at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and Eastern Niagara Hospital since 2013. In her role, Dina manages the scheduling, recruitment and retention of APPs at all of Keystone’s hospital partners in Western New York. She is also a preceptor for PA students in local Physician Assistant programs, is responsible for training and orientation of new APPs and is a mentor and coach for Lead APPs at the site level. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2006 from Daemen College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 2002 from SUNY Fredonia. Dina has worked full-time as an Emergency Medicine PA at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center for 10 years. During this time she has also worked in several other high-volume EDs in New York. Dina is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Dr. Mourad was recently named our Director of Hospital Medicine for the Southern Region. He has almost ten years of clinical and administrative Hospital Medicine experience. He started an Urgent Care Clinic in Northwest Florida that has grown to five locations. Dr. Mourad is a full time clinical Hospitalist and also works as an ER physician. He provides clinical direction to all HM physicians, works with client hospitals to improve key performance metrics, and directly manages all site medical directors in Keystone’s Southern Region. Dr. Mourad completed his Doctor of Medicine at St. Christopher’s College of Medicine in England in 2005 and completed a Family Medicine Residency at Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, NJ in 2008. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine, American Board of Family Medicine and American Academy of Family Physicians. Tye has been with Keystone since 2012. As nurse liaison for Keystone, Tye cultivates and fosters client relationships by supporting client services in all functional areas, including emergency and hospital medicine service lines. She has constant communication and collaboration with the clients, and provides client-specific new provider orientation. Tye supports the medical directors by assisting with relative projects and attending medical and nursing staff meetings. To maintain her professional experience in the industry, Tye is on staff at Natchez Regional Medical Center, where she works as PRN in the emergency department. She has an Associate of Applied Science in nursing from Hinds College in Jackson, MS. During nursing school, she was the recipient of the Mildred Hearn Nursing Award for Excellence, which is awarded every year to a 4th semester nursing student who exemplifies academic, clinical and leadership skills.
