The firm was founded in 2006 by Elias Esber. Prior to founding KRI, Mr. Esber served as Commercebank’s Executive Vice President, in charge of its US and International Businesses. Mr. Esber was a Partner with McKinsey and Company. During his eight years at McKinsey, Mr. Esber worked extensively with financial institutions in the United States, Lisbon, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic. Mr. Esber was a member of McKinsey’s Financial Institutions Practice. we respect the privacy required by our clients and partners as we address sensitive issues related to the core of the families they represent. We do not talk about our work or in any case represent our partners with third parties.
