In 1988 he founded Kennedy Investments, Inc. to invest in and develop real estate assets primarily in the Tampa Bay area. David has significant experience in developing and managing retail, office, multi-family and industrial properties throughout Florida. David earned an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a BSE from Princeton University. Jay Kennedy joined Kennedy Investments in April of 2001 and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience ranging from investment brokerage to retail and office development. Jay is a graduate of Miami University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business. Jay is a licensed real estate broker and active in many professional and non-profit organizations. Erin Bohacek joined Kennedy Investments, Inc. in 2006 with over 8 years experience in the financial services industry at Raymond James Financial. Erin earned an MBA with honors from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business and a BA from Princeton University, and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. Darren joined Kennedy Investments in late 2011 and has more than 15 years of management and entrepreneurial experience in in high-tech, legal and real estate businesses.
