Kathleen Kennedy, as 3rd. generation to the legacy of Kennedy Home Builders, was raised in the industry. Growing up in Lake Forrest Illinois, her family of home builders flourished in the suburbs of Chicago. Professional experience began when she worked for the family business in the mid 80’s, helping with sales, and the completion of Boca Woods Country Club. With a degree from the University of Colorado, she became a top producing real estate agent within 6 months, and worked for the largest homebuilder in New Jersey. In 1993, Kathleen moved to South Florida to grow her own Legacy, “Kennedy Real Estate Investment.” She specializes in single family luxury homes amongst the golden triangle area of East Boca Raton, near Mizner Park. Her management of daily operations, customer service, development and sales, facilitates the custom home building process for Kennedy residents.
