We work hard at Kendry’s Furniture to keep every customer happy. However buying furniture, including office furniture, directly from the wholesaler at these prices does mean there are no returns without damage. If your furniture is damaged, we can replace it with the same exact item within 30 days. Our 30 day warranty does not include customer wear and tear. All sales are final, however some wholesalers offer a return, in which a 20% restocking fee is applied. (Must enquire before placing order to ensure this). Once the furniture has been delivered, there cannot be any returns. Please enquire if you have questions about your item before purchasing to confirm the restocking policy. In order to process any returns or exchanges, we will need the original box and packaging the furniture came in. All deliveries will be delivered in your home or to your front door.
