Kelly Reserve allows no more than two pets with a full grown weight not to exceed 65 pounds. Pets weighing more than 30 pounds at full grown weight may not live above another apartment home. We ask that all pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations. In addition, we ask that all dogs be at least one year of age. Please contact the office for breed restrictions. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet will be due at move-in plus an additional $20 per pet per month in pet rent. All dogs are required to register with Poo Prints.
