elly Pools has been building upscale residential and commercial pools and spas in the Tampa Bay area for more than twenty years.  We pride ourselves on adhering to a �game plan� that our pool owners enjoy the benefits of, in selecting Kelly Pools to carry out their dreams! We choose to limit the number of pools that we annually build and devote more time than other companies with our future customers in the design stage of their pools. This insures that they are thoroughly informed of all available shapes and sizes, construction features, product options, and installation procedures, prior to contracting. We refuse to rush our customers into a quick decision on a project of such great importance.   It means that you are dealing on a day-to-day basis directly with the owners of Kelly Pools�from the time that you schedule your first appointment right through the time that you �take the plunge�!    We are physically with you through every phase, and easy to reach when questions or changes arise.  We can spend more time with you on your site by restricting the number of jobs that we build at any given time.
