Bert Kelley started keeping bees and collecting honey in 1980 right here in Lakeland Florida. He started out with just one hive that year and within two years began selling honey commercially to local honey packers. At the peak of his beekeeping days he maintained 400 hives and traveled thousands of miles all over Florida and Georgia following the seasonal blooms. It was this hands-on experience collecting honey that gave him an appreciation for the freshest, best tasting honey. Now, it is our mission to provide you with that same great experience. We supply locally produced raw Wildflower honey that is sought out by allergy sufferers in central Florida. All our honey is minimally processed in small batches so the naturally occurring health benefits and flavors are protected.
