​Established in 2016, Keen Investments is an extension of managing director Nicole Angelini’s previous work with U.C.I. and FreshStart Properties of Lansdowne, PA. From 2012 to 2015, Nicole served as chief design consultant on fifteen renovation projects in Delaware County, PA. Some of her projects started with a completely vacant, gutted space and others involved freshening up dated interiors with new finishes. Several projects involved creating curb appeal with new paint, siding, shutters, landscaping, etc... Nicole’s design philosophy is that any house can be renovated to feel fresh and luxurious, within any budget, as long as the right design choices and material selections are made. Instead of buying builder grade finishes to maximize profits, Nicole puts great effort into finding attractive, unique finishes at a reasonable cost. The result is properties that appraise well and sell quickly for prices at or above market rate.
