Tapped for her merger experience, Ms. Locke moved on to manage operations for Mancuso & Dias during their transformation from a regional to national law firm where she grew the staff and developed and implemented company policies and solutions to service clients on a national level. It was the culmination of Ms. Locke’s banking, legal and management experience with businesses and accredited investors that led to the formation of Lendacy. Recognizing the need and growth potential for a private financial solutions company, she spent a year working with attorneys and financial professionals to develop this unique business that provides flexible, customized lending solutions that traditional banking services do not offer. Keli Pufahl, joined Lendacy as the company's Operations Director, in late 2015. She has a 15+ year career in management, operations and leadership. In 2005, Keli was hired by First Financial Employee Leasing to assist in the forming and managing of the in-house sales team; LBBS Employee Services. Her responsibilities included managing the client onboarding process, writing proposals, assisting clients with payroll, employee benefits, compliance, and workers compensation programs. Prior to entering the PEO industry Keli managed multiple medical practices, helping to consult doctors and staff as they navigated the ever-changing world of HIPPA compliancy, training, scheduling, and insurance coding and billing. Keli is excited by a challenge and is a self-proclaimed perfectionist. Her high standards of quality flow over to her team, co -workers and clients. Keli believes in giving back to the community and helping to enrich today's youth.  She has served as Co-Chairman for the Charlotte County Heart Ball benefiting the American Heart Association.  Currently, she is Co-Treasurer of Boy Scouts of America Troop 50 and also donates her time to Girl Scouts of America and to local schools. Keli graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  She is a 3rd generation native Floridian who resides in Sarasota with her husband and their two children. In 2013 Seve took a position at CJI International Group, a Chinese brokerage firm specializing in EB5 immigration investment. While at CJI, Seve and his team helped raise 55 million dollars in equity from 111 Chinese investors. The equity raised helped fund twelve US commercial real estate projects mainly in the hotel, ALF and multi-family industries.
