Louie Colatriano is the president of KBHS Home Loans, LLC. KBHS is responsible for all mortgage origination and fulfillment services for KB Home. Mr. Colatriano and his team are committed to homebuyers. This commitment extends to the ability to provide quick and quality responses at the beginning of the loan decision process, constant communication during the process and an on-time closing with exceptional service along the way. Prior to launching KBHS with Stearns Lending, LLC in 2016, Louie served as the Executive Vice President of Finance for Stearns Lending, LLC, leading efforts to profitably grow originations and maximize mortgage-production margins across all Stearns Home Loans business channels.  Mr. Colatriano also spent a bulk of his career at Bank of America, serving as the SVP of National Accounts (National Builder Division and Renovation Lending) and as the SVP of Finance. Paul is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience serving in senior leadership roles with expertise in the financial services industry.  His depth of experience includes leading teams in Consumer Card, Mortgage Retail – Wholesale - Correspondent Operations, Mortgage Servicing and Default Loss - Mitigation. He has held various roles building or restoring large-scale, complex business units across multiple channels. This includes mortgage operations, process efficiencies and effectiveness, compliance & QC control. His vast experience includes substantial processing optimization across multiple origination platforms resulting in favorable customer experience, team member engagement, process efficiencies, cost effectiveness and risk/control.
