launched Katzscan Inc. in January 1996 to provide clients with independent, hands-on consultation that yield measurable improvement in supply chain relationships and reduction of unnecessary costs. rior to starting Katzscan, Norman held progressive career roles as: Programmer, Business Systems Analyst, and Information Technology Manager. Norman is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist for Office 2010. Norman is registered with the Technical Advisory Services for Attorneys (TASA) Group and has provided expert witness services to law firms.  Norman continues to advance his education with various online courses such as those in strategic management, data analysis, financial analysis, and project management. Norman graduated from the University of Florida in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Computer Information Sciences. Katzscan is located near Fort Lauderdale, Florida (USA) in the Eastern Standard time zone.  Hours of operation are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday except for major holidays.
