I believe I was always a Coach. First, I coached my siblings and friends then patients, children, co-workers, clients and then the world. I love helping people and organizations sort things out, see the opportunities and vision solutions. Throughout my life when I have been faced with many crises and challenges, I immediately go to: I used to believe that everyone approached choices and challenges the way I did. I know now that mastery of processing choices and challenges to confident solutions is a learned skill. This mastery can be universally applied to many of life situations. My work with clients in Focused Coaching is helping the client connect with their own knowing, guide them to see their opportunities and assist with the creation of a meaningful plan for an amazing outcome.
