Kardioyoga is a combination of the words "cardio" and "yoga" fusing yoga poses with a good taste of cardio exercises, based on the principles of ashtanga and vinyasa yoga. Every class include pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas, meditation and aromatherapy. Mi Mission is to show you a different version of yoga.
