We have been customers of Kalos Services for over 5 years. We have always found them to be honest and trustworthy. Our 10 year old a/c unit had to be replaced and we would not use any other company. The new unit was installed yesterday and is working great. Our sales person, Dale gave us different pricing options and never pressured us. He followed up after the install to make sure we were satisfied. Our installers Grant and Jake were very efficient, professional, and did a fabulous job. They are great representatives for the company. We have recommended Kalos to several neighbors and everyone was impressed with the service. Keep up the great work Kalos, we are customers for life. Technician (Tyler) was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what he did and why. We were extremely pleased with his work ethic. Tyler was very personable and a great representative of Kalos Services. I was so impressed! Our Kalos sales guy, Dale, came to the job on installation day and followed a few days later to see if my concerns were addressed and how we liked our new system. We are thrilled with our new a/c unit and Reme air purifier. Our son was home from college for the weekend and remarked how comfortably he slept with the new a/c. Our daughter also commented how nice and cool her room is now. Grant and Kyle were excellent installers, listened to my concerns, and crawled through an attic space I thought no human could fit in to add a dedicated duct to my son's room. They even made sure that they cleaned up all their work areas and painted the new box top for the handler to sit on. Grant took the time to walk me through explanations on all parts of the new system. He was kind enough to repeat a few things for my husband who arrived in the middle of the walk through.
