About Kaleiko Kaleiko was founded as an IT consulting company, designed to deliver full service needs to small to large sized businesses. Kaleiko offers Design, Support, Installation, Training, and Consulting services to companies around the US and abroad. We aim to become the outright leader in the focused market of Enterprise Vault deliverables. Jordan is the founder, director of business operations, and Sr. Enterprise Vault Engineer at Kaleiko IT Services. He has an extensive background with Enterprise Vault, which started with him working for the Vendor of the product for many years. At his time with Symantec Support, he worked on and resolved thousands of individual cases, spanning multiple versions of the product. Translating that experience into his next role, he took on the task of becoming the Senior Enterprise Vault Engineer for a market leader in hosted Enterprise services. Over the years, Jordan has consulted with and worked for several Fortune 500 companies servicing their Enterprise Vault needs, including daily administration, escalations support, version upgrades, and Full Design and Implementations.
