KaiserKane has a cadre of skilled project managers and superintendents to participate in the execution of design-build task orders and to develop value added technical approaches and/or value engineering proposals. Our staff is also versed in the integration of sustainability, LEED and anti-terrorism/force protection into project designs. KaiserKane has developed the infrastructure to support our clients. Our quality control plan, health and safety plan, fall protection plan and environmental protection plan have been specifically tailored to meet and exceed Department of Defense and other federal agency requirements. Also in place are estimating systems, financial management systems, operational systems, SOPs, and MIS systems. The application of these systems enables KaiserKane to manage large, multidiscipline projects, and concurrent projects efficiently throughout the United States.
