Kahn Realty Consulting, LLC provides real estate appraisal and brokerage services in the South Florida area for a wide range of property types.  With over 20 years of direct experience in these markets, our Jupiter, Florida location facilitates access to the Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and St. Lucie County markets. Kahn Realty Consulting LLC was founded by Bruce J. Kahn, MAI in 2007.  Our goal is to provide provide commercial real estate appraisal services in the South Florida area in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.  We also provide real estate brokerage services for select clients on an 'as needed' basis. The firm is locally owned and operated. Each property appraised by the firm is personally inspected by a Florida state certified appraiser holding the MAI designation. Our reports benefit from local knowledge and more than two decades of commercial appraisal experience.  Property types appraised include vacant land, warehouse, retail, residential subdivision, and office properties.
