Kabco Builders is an independent locally owned and operated company. Its owners Keith Bennett and Mike Thompson have over 35 years’ experience in the manufactured housing industry. Both Keith and Mike have been in-plant production managers of manufactured home factories, so they know the business from the ground up. With the addition of our veteran management team our company has over 90 years’ experience in accounting, production, engineering and sales of factory built homes. We combine the savings of a controlled environment along with our vast experience in building efficiencies to produce the highest value in housing today. We construct our homes in a controlled factory environment using premium builder materials.
