K.O. Energy's design team has many years of experience in the construction industry specializing in Energy Code compliance. Our staff includes State certified AC Contractor and HERS Rater. We specialize in working with clients in designing energy efficient building envelopes for new and existing buildings/homes creating value engineered spaces. Specifically, we prepare FBC including energy code compliant AutoCAD AC designs that effect temperature and humidity control. Doing so will mean that the building will be less costly to operate, will increase in value, last longer, and contribute to a better, healthier, more comfortable environment for people in which to live and work. Our design team is committed to discover ways to save you time and money and we are very passionate about conserving energy. We are dedicated to upholding the "green" building ideals of today and for the future.
