Educational Philosophy Statement In the future my plan would be to work with effective partnership, to insure that all families and children are involved. I would get the neighborhood involved to insure success. I would have events and ask the help of the people to join us. I would promote on a timely manner so the community would work with me. In working with the people it would help identify what is needed to help the children. The staff and I would design opportunities for the community stakeholders to be involved and share our experiences. Our relationship as one would be the first result. The staff would do research to see how we can have all families involved. They would be required to take classes in the early education field. Mission & Vision Statement Mission Statement for KKL&B Learning Center is that we recognize that each child is an individual; that all children are creative; that all children need to succeed. Therefore, KKL&B Learning Center will respects the individual needs of children; fosters a caring and creative environment; and emphasizes the social, emotional, physical, intellectual development of each child that we have the opportunity to educate. We share our cultural backgrounds to nurture growth, responsibility, and productivity by celebrating our diversity within a positive school-wide atmosphere and by promoting sportsmanship, school spirit, and pride in ourselves through our daily studies and our educational accomplishments.
