JVM Property Management began life in the mind of CEO and founder Michael Heiderman. After graduating from Villanova University in beautiful Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Michael’s career took him in a variety of different directions. He spent time with a builder and developer on Maryland’s Eastern Shore before transitioning to a luxury, custom builder in Charleston, South Carolina. In 2010, Michael came to Naples, Florida and started JVM Construction and Development, which allowed him to oversee the renovation of roughly 250 properties along with the construction of a wide range of residential and commercial properties to call his own. JVM Property Management itself began life in 2012 with just a small portfolio of properties, but has quickly ballooned into one of the most reliable and highly regarded full-service property management companies operating anywhere in the industry today.
