JV Fitness Concepts accepts cash, checks and credit cards (MC, V, AMEX).
Payment is expected when services are performed. Arrangements can be made for available packages which may provide a discount.
We are happy to give you an invoice documenting all health services provided during your visit which will allow you to file with your insurance carrier if you desire. Check with your carrier to see if reimbursement is possible. (Health Services only)
