Juventud Sana, Inc Our main objetcive is to help youth to realize their goals and dreams, as well as sports in a healthy way. Being a good example for our society and community. Our company was founded on the idea of helping those in need. Ever since our organization was established, we have endeavored to provide help where the need is greatest. Our team is made up entirely of volunteers. We advocate for those who need our help. Even a little help goes a long way. A helping hand is always greatly appreciated! Juventud Sana, Inc A martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba based on his philosophy and religious beliefs. His objetcive was to create an art that could allow to its practicioners to defend themselves without causing injury to their opponent. Aikido that means “the way of unifying (with) life energy” uses entering and turning movements redirecting an opponent's attack. Aikido has different styles all over the world but they all share the technique by Ueshiba “to have concern for the well-being of the attaker”. This is a self-defense system that combines techniques from aikido, judo, boxing and wrestling. Krav Maga focus on real situations and is extremely efficient. It was derived from “street-fighting”. Develop by Israel Defense Forces IDF. Krav Maga philosophy is to emphasize threat neutralization, with defensive an offensive maneuvers and brutal counter attacks. Nowadays is use in special units and reconnaissance brigades. Several organizations are teaching Krav Maga internationally. Chinese martial art that has develop several styles over the centuries in China. Their styles are classified according to common traits, identified as “families”, “sects”, or “schools”. Also includes physical exercises involving five animals, training methods inspired by Chinese religions, leyends and their philosophy.
