Sam (owner) was on time and reasonably priced and professional. The work crew were punctual, hard workers, and also professional. Our windows and glass doors were measured and we were given an estimate. Drawings were done. We accepted bid and company pulled a permit. Our estimate was done on 7/17/13, hurricane shutters on all doors and windows done 7/29/13. I was extremely pleased with the professional manner of owner Sam Zaza and his punctuality of him and his crew. Installed accordion hurricane shutters on all windows of our home.
