While Just Deeds prepares deeds to transfer your timeshare or property, we also take the extra steps and record proper affidavits when necessary to make sure that your transfer is fully complete and properly removes you from the title. While our affiliated company We charge fees as low as $125.00 for deed preparation in many states.  We provide ala cart services, meaning you can select how much you want us to do and if you wish to handle part, thus saving you some money.    Transfers in many states require an attorney to prepare the deed.  Our low fee includes that service so that your deed complies with the requirements and laws of the state where your timeshare is located. If your property is in Hawaii, we use an attorney on the main island to prepare your legally correct deed. Additionally, your funds must be held by a Hawaii Licensed Escrow Company per Hawaii law, which many other companies choose to ignore the law, yet claim they are “Legal” transfer companies. Just Deeds.com has established an escrow relationship with Hawaii Resort Escrow, a fully licensed and trusted escrow company bases n Honolulu. . Once the deed is signed and returned to us, our attorney hand records the deed and returns a conformed copy the same day so we can forward to the seller or buyer to notify the resort, or, if you requested us to handle notifying the resort we forward at that time. If you have ever transferred a timeshare in Hawaii, the return of the deed can take many months. We have found a way to streamline the process and make the transfer go much quicker.
