Mr. Kerr is a founder of Jupiter Inlet Title, LLC and president of the company. Mr. Kerr began his career with a highly regards insurance defense law firm located in Rockville, Maryland, where he defended auto negligence and workers’ compensation cases and also prosecuted damage to underground facilities for large Mid Atlantic Utility. In 2007, Mr. Kerr established the law firm of Russell Kerr, P.A., with a primary emphasis on real estate and business transactions. Mr. Kerr has extensive experience in real estate and business matters, which include a wide array of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Business Development Mr. Guarino-Sanders has 25 years’ experience in real estate law and contract negotiation in Kentucky and Indiana. He has owned and operated several real estate title companies for over 20 years, as CEO and Managing member. His direct skills resulted in the sale of one of the title companies being sold to a fortune 500 company. He has extensive knowledge of commercial and residential real estate lending, and has worked extensively with both lenders and real estate brokers. Mr. Guarino-Sanders holds active licenses by the Indiana and Kentucky supreme courts to practice law, and is also licensed both as a real estate salesperson and NMLS loan originator in Florida. He has been a member of various bar associations, mortgage banker, homebuilder and realtor associations, and has taught educational courses for real estate agents.” John Renaldo is the Vice President of Jupiter Inlet Title, LLC, and is involved in the day to day operations of the company. John has worked in various senior level positions in the Title Insurance industry for 18 years and much of his experienced has been obtained closing real estate transactions in New York City. He has his Title Agent license in Florida, Maine, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia and is also a Notary Public in the State of Florida.
