We’re here to build something great. Meet the Jun Group team. Mitchell Reichgut is the CEO and co-founder of Jun Group. Prior to founding Jun Group in 2005, Mitchell led Bates Interactive, the online unit of Bates Worldwide Advertising, now owned by WPP. As General Manager/Creative Director, Mitchell helped grow Bates Interactive into a 70-person integrated unit, with clients such as EDS, Moet & Chandon, and Warner-Lambert. Before joining Bates, Mitchell served as Creative Director at Think New Ideas. Bill brings over 20 years of marketing, advertising, entertainment, and technology experience to Jun Group. Before joining the company, Bill served as Senior Vice President at 141 Worldwide, Vice President, National Sales Manager at PLURAL, Vice President at Marketing Corporation of America, and Director of Business Development at E-Centives, Inc. Corey is one of Jun Group’s founders. He serves as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing product development, publisher strategy, finance, business development, and operations. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Jun Group’s mobile platform subsidiary HyprMX. Prior to founding Jun Group, Corey consulted for SONY USA and the United States government. Corey holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. David’s technical management experience spans entertainment, media, and finance. Prior to joining Jun Group, David brought technology leadership and hands-on strategic and architectural direction to Gucci, TheStreet.com, and, most recently, Scripps Networks (Food Network, HGTV, DIY, Fine Living, and Great American Country). At Jun Group, David and his team built the most advanced, flexible, and powerful social video network ever developed. As Chief Technology Officer, David is responsible for creating and maintaining the technology that delivers millions of opt-in video views across multiple devices, operating systems, and providers. Mr. Eatroff is a founding partner of Halyard Capital. Mr. Eatroff has a broad spectrum of private equity investing experience across the Media, Communications and Business Services industries including education, cable, publishing, broadcasting, marketing services and IT services. He represents Halyard on the Board of Jun Group, EducationDynamics, Cyber Risk Management, OneSource Virtual and NuLink , and previously sat on the Board of Datamyx, Engauge Marketing, LLC, Hanley Wood, TRANZACT, Impremedia and Presidio Networks. Mr. Eatroff has been a featured speaker and panelist at over fifty industry events and conferences. He has over twenty years of Wall Street experience including senior positions at Goldman Sachs, UBS Securities, and CIBC World Markets. Mr. Eatroff received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a B.A. with honors from Lafayette College. Mr. Grimaldi represents Halyard on the Board of Jun Group, The Aberdeen Group, The Greeley Company and Practice Insight and previously served on the Board of Engauge Marketing, LLC. Prior to joining Halyard, Brendyn was an analyst at Credit Suisse in the Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Group where he focused on transactions in the media and communication industries. Mr. Grimaldi received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in economics from Boston College. Mr. Nolan is the managing partner of Halyard Capital and chairs the Investment Committee for the two respective funds totaling more than $600 million. He represents Halyard on the Boards of EducationDynamics, Practice Insight, Digital Fortress and Jun Group and previously sat on the Boards of Engauge Marketing, LLC, Women’s Marketing, Inc., American Consolidated Media, Inflow, North Dakota Holdings, and TRANZACT. From 2001 until January 2006, he was the CEO of the BMO Private Equity Group, overseeing an investment portfolio with $800 million in capital. Previously, he was Managing Director and Head of Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking at CIBC World Markets. Prior to CIBC, Mr. Nolan was Telecommunications Group Head at UBS Securities. He also worked for nine years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Telecommunications, Media & Technology Group. Mr. Nolan is a member of the New York and Washington, D.C. Bar Associations. Mr. Nolan received a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and a B.S / B.A. from Georgetown University. Mr. Nolan is a member of the McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors.
