Ortho-Bionomy works WITH the horse, helping the body to respond from within to release its own tension, bringing awareness to holding patterns, so they can unwind, this creates a relaxed state for healing to occur. Julia Helbling has been studying and practicing Ortho-Bionomy® since 2001, she is a gifted bodyworker and has built a good reputation being involved in many aspects of the equine world. - on the racetracks working both with the racehorses and the people that work with them, she has also worked with Dressage, Hunter Jumpers, and carriage horses, childrens ponies and therapy horses.   Open-hearted and non-judgemental, practical and grounded, Julia has the ability to recognize, observe, access and facilitate physical, emotional, and energetic shifts. This can powerfully and positively promote overall wellbeing. In the session Julia holds space which invites the body's own experience, and awareness, helping to integrate body, mind and spirit.
