Judge, Jr. is Chairman of the Board and Founder of The Judge Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries. He founded the company in 1970 and is regarded as a pioneer in the Human Capital Management and Staffing Industry. In 2003, Mr. Judge successfully took The Judge Group private in an effort to reinvest capital into the growth of the company. He serves on the board of governors for The Maxwell Football Club of Pennsylvania. Mr. Judge received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Villanova University. Martin E. Judge III Mr. Martin E. Judge, III serves as Chief Executive Officer for The Judge Group. Mr. Judge joined The Judge Group in 2005 as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in information technology contract and direct hire staffing. He was later promoted to Resource Manager of the SAP Practice for the Judge Consulting Group, a subsidiary of The Judge Group. Mr. Judge received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Delaware. Ms. Katy A. Wiercinski is Chief Operating Officer for The Judge Group. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for all support and administrative functions for The Judge Group and all of its subsidiaries. Ms. Wiercinski has been with the firm since 1981. Mr. Brian T. Anderson is President of The Judge Group and is responsible for its Technology Consulting, Learning Solutions, and IT & Healthcare Staffing services portfolio. Since joining Judge in 2001, he has led the firm’s growth and expansion into 20+ new domestic markets in addition to Canada, India, and China. During that time, Judge rose to the 12th largest IT staffing firm in the US as ranked by Staffing Industry Analysts, and has consistently been recognized among the top 2% of industry leaders for client and talent satisfaction. Prior to joining Judge, Mr. Anderson was a VP for Real Time Software Systems, an IT e-commerce consultancy in Atlanta, GA. Early in his career, he held roles as an IT Recruiter, Business Development Executive, and Business Systems Analyst for TEKsystems. He has over 20 years of experience leading successful teams and delivering world-class business and technology solutions in the professional services industry. Mr. Anderson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University. Dennis F. Judge, Jr. Mr. Dennis F. Judge, Jr. is the Executive Vice President of The Judge Group. He joined the firm in December 1996. Today, he oversees a number of emerging markets for the Technical Staffing division in the United States and Canada. He is also responsible for the direction and implementation of the company’s strategic recruiting and expansion initiatives. Since joining the firm, he has launched the company’s Internet Recruiting model and has played a leading role in building a number of successful new business units and offices across the United States and Canada. In 2005, he led the charge alongside The Judge Group's President, North America, to successfully expand and rebuild struggling offices including opening twenty new Technical Staffing offices across the United States and Canada. Mr. Judge received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
