Jeffrey Nissani, the founder, and owner of JSN PROPERTIES is a real-estate broker with a difference. Having opened his own brokerage as an expression of his love for the world’s greatest city and business capital, he offers tenants access to a rarified brand of realtors and brokers. Members of the JSN team don’t just have excellent advice, insight, and access to exclusive properties. They’re also gifted in the art of negotiation and trained to achieve superior results for tenants. Born in Manhattan and raised in Queens, Jeffrey attended the University of Michigan. He relocated once again to start an early internet corporation in Florida’s West Palm Beach. His continued work in emerging digital businesses brought him back to New York City in 1998. He soon realized his true calling and became a realtor in 2000, then a broker in 2003. He currently resides in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.
