Jonas Yoder started building custom homes in 1978 at the age of 18. From the beginning the focus has been on excellence in construction, customer relationships and quality construction practices. Two of Jonas’ sons currently are partners and work as construction managers overseeing every aspect of the jobs. Along with their father they share the same key values that drive the company. They are, integrity, quality, and a focus on making the customer the number one priority. This focus has also allowed the company to surround itself with the most respected trade partners in the area, some of whom have been with JYCH for 25 years or more. While we primarily consider ourselves to be a custom homebuilder, the 30 plus years of experience and excellent trade partners allow us to be diverse in what we do. Because of this we also contract condo renovations, home remodels, and light commercial projects. At Jonas Yoder Custom Homes we have a history of excellence in construction and lasting relationships with both clients and trade partners.
