John Curry went above and beyond for us. He was on the ball, patient, focused, timely, and he always answered his phone. We all first walked into this house together, and knew it was the one. He cancelled the rest of our days appointments, and took us straight to his office to submit an offer. We were exhausted with the search, and relieved to move forward. Unfortunately, there was already and offer on the table. John advised we make a back up offer. We were crushed as we continued looking. The Miami housing market is viscous. Time went by, and we decided to make an offer on our #2 house knowing it was a compromise. That day John got a call from the seller of our dream house saying the initial buyer fell through. It was wonderful news! Another month or so passed before the deal finally closed, but John was on top of it every step of the way, and there are a lot of steps along the way. He took great care of us. Thank you, Danny and Tiara John helped me find the perfect apartment. My fiance and I were specific about our needs: two parking spots, allows dogs, W/D in unit and we found it! We love our new place, new neighborhood and will definitely use John when we move next.
