From August 1980 through August 1981, the firm was associated with Shutts & Bowen, in Miami, Florida, where Mr. Test’s practice focused primarily on estate and business planning, probate, and estate and gift tax planning.  In August of 1981 Sandra L. Test joined the firm as a law clerk, while she was completing her Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami. In 1982 Sandra L. Test completed her Juris Doctorate degree and obtained her license to practice law in the State of Florida.  John H. Test and Sandra L. Test practiced law together from October 1982 through February 4, 1983, when Mr. Test suffered an untimely death. Since Mr. Test’s death and in his honor, his daughter, Sandra L. Test, continued the practice and the firm, and completed her LLM degree in Estate Planning in 1984.  Since that time the firm has continued offering estate, guardianship, tax and business planning services throughout the State of Florida.
