For most of my professional and personal life, I have been in service to others, whether problem solving or using my own life experiences to advise and guide, formally and informally; even when times in my own life were extremely challenging personally or professionally. I have made time to help others. Life happens and I have lived a lot of life, not always meeting my goals when I wanted to, yet keeping on, not giving up or giving in, learning valuable sustainable lessons along the way. Sometimes with the help of wonderful people who stood with me, and sometimes just on my inner strength, courage and perseverance. My approach is to always look forward, do what you can do right now, take even small steps toward even bigger leaps. I pledge to help my clients get “unstuck” from the behaviors that through the use of resilience, grit, and confidence building done through building on the strengths that are already within you.
