Steve and Candice Blomeley and Glen Anderson have been directing the operations of the company since 1985. He has over 40 years experience in all aspects of underground utilities and site construction and continues to be involved daily in the operations of the company. Steve has been apart of the management team at JMHC since 1985. Steve has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and holds an active Underground Utility Contractor License in the State of Florida, Certification No. CUC037234. Kenny Bare is the Chief Estimator at JMHC. He has 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has been a part of the JMHC Estimating team for 11 years. Kenny oversees the Estimating Department, ensuring that we are always actively bidding and pursuing new projects. Kenny holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida. Glen Anderson is the President of Construction of JMHC. He has over 35 years experience in all aspects of site construction. Glen has been apart of the team at JMHC since 1986. Glen is responsible for the management of the production and equipment operations of the company. Glen has received verifications from NUCA in the Confined Space Entry Program and the Competent Person Program. Brian Youngman is the Survey Director at JMHC. He has over 40 years of experience in survey, design and construction and has worked in various locations around the world including the United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Gabon (West Africa). Brian has been the head of the Survey Department at JMHC since 2006 and not only runs the department but also produces all Certified As-Builts for the company. He is a licensed Surveyor in the State of Florida, P.S.M. No. 5654. Leo Antunes is the Senior Estimator at JMHC. He has 18 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from FESP - Engineering University of Sao Paulo in Brazil. Leo speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish, which is a great asset in our industry. Donald Teal is a superintendent of construction of JMHC. He has over 20 years of experience in site construction. Slick has been apart of the team at JMHC since 1988. He is responsible for overseeing all the projects from start-up to completion. Candice Blomeley is the Vice President and owner of JMHC. She has over 30 years of experience in accounting and computer operations. Candice has been a part of the management team at JMHC since 1985. She is involved daily in the administrative operations of the company. Candice has an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Computer Science. Candice also holds an active Underground Utility Contractor License in the State of Florida, Certification No. CUC1225177. Business JMHC, Inc. is certified by the State of Florida as a Women and Minority Business Enterprise. JHMC is a bonded underground utility site construction contractor. From its inception, the annual financial statements of the company have been subject to the auditing procedures applied by a certified public accountant in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. We have consistently received their opinion that the statements are fairly stated in all material respects. Our current bonding capacity is $20 million per individual project and $45 million aggregate. JMHC has received a Certificate of Qualification from the Florida Department of Transportation. We have been given a maximum capacity rating of $87,950,000 within the work class ratings of grading, drainage, flexible paving and surface courses, and underground utilities. JMHC is committed to owning the most productive equipment available in our industry. Our late model equipment has air conditioned cabs, which allow for greater productivity and less downtime. Using AGTEK lasers on our production equipment also provides us a greater level of accuracy. In addition, we use the AGTEK system for efficient and accurate layout in our estimating process.
