We did a complete improvement on our condo 2 and a half years ago – not only was it a pleasure to work with Juliano but he completed the job in three months which is unheard of – he was on site and available on the phone every day – never had to leave a message – what a pleasure that was. I recently purchased a two bedroom condo on the ocean that was in its original condition and desperate need of a full condo renovation. I interviewed several contractors and was most impressed with Juliano’s organization, professionalism, knowledge and sense of design. He helped me transform the space into an open contemporary work of art. He personally worked with me and discussed every detail of the architectural plans. Once we agreed on a price he immediately laid out the plans on a project management software tool that showed me exactly when each aspect of the project would be complete and by who. This was placed on a continuously updated Gantt Chart that was available on a secure internet site that I could access anytime. Since I live out of town this was particularly helpful and enabled me to oversee the progress in real-time. Pictures were uploaded regularly and we communicated several times a week.Juliano completed the project on time and within budget despite delays from the appliance and cabinet manufacturer. The workmanship is extraordinary and the condo is absolutely stunning. I could not be happier with the results and I highly recommend JL Home Projects for any condo remodeling in the area. The coordination between tile workers, electricians, the shower glass company, carpenters, painters, plumbers, and dry wallers can only be described as remarkable. Juliano, and/or his office were always available to address our questions and concerns in a pleasant and patient manner. I would highly recommend JL Homes without any reservation what so ever. Our expectations were not only met, they were exceeded. The end result was absolutely stunning and we will enjoy our remodel for many years to come. In addition, the project started and ended right on schedule, all of the workers were very courteous, extremely tidy and showed great respect for our home.
