Production of printing plates in-house for exceptional speed and quality control. From pioneering the development of living hinges over 50 years ago, J.L. Clark now produces a wide variety of patented plastic containers and closures for a multitude of applications and markets. Our product development capabilities include 3D CAD/CAM, rapid prototyping and prototype mold construction. We are able to assist from design to production in our state-of-the-art plastic injection molding facility. Our post-molding capabilities include label application, in-line high speed video inspection, ink jet printing, in-line/off-line ultrasonic welding, multi-level assembly, hot melt glue application/assembly, and induction foil seal insertion. In fact, many customers rely on us exclusively as a flat sheet printing resource and trust us to deliver expertly prepared decorated materials that integrate seamlessly with their fabrication production lines. But lithography is only the beginning. In addition to being a full-service printer, J.L. Clark offers custom finishes and coatings that meet BPA-free standards and FDA food safety regulations. And we make it a point to stay ahead of the curve by anticipating customer's regulatory compliance requirements with a Quality and Food Safety department that's constantly monitoring the ever-changing regulatory industry both domestically and abroad. Clark employs the latest in computer-to-plate technology and plate production to ensure superior quality and repeatability, and exceptional turnaround, and we do it all in-house and in full view.
