In addition to maintaining close relationships with his own clients; he manages the Agency’s finances, sales production, and operations. Dirk has very close relationships with the Insurance Companies we partner with to protect our clients. Dirk is Past President of the Florida Association of Insurance Agents and is a Community Leader. Rob specializes in creative risk management and insurance solutions for middle market firms. Rob appears regularly before local and national trade groups as an established speaker and author of various risk management and surety related matters. For 23 years, Rob is a Trusted Advisor for many of the Agency’s key clients. He is deeply engaged in mitigating client’s risk, improving their efficiencies and making an impact on their profitability. Carlos is a Commercial Insurance and Surety Advisor for many of the firm’s key clients. He has deep Risk Management expertise in select industry groups which controls his clients’ insurance costs with proven risk management strategies. Carlos earned his degree from The Florida State University Risk Management – Insurance Program. Shortly after joining the firm in 1996, he earned the highly recognized designation, Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Through his stewardship and intense client service commitment, Carlos maintains a client retention level that is exceptional. The Frank H.
