Jimmy Pittman Electrical, Inc. was established in 1986 by James L. "Jimmy" Pittman.  Although the name was slightly different, the values and integrity of our company remain the same today as they were back then.  In 1996, John Wellslager joined Jimmy and was instrumental in establishing JPE as the strong commercial electrical contractor we remain today.  From the late 90's through the early part of the new millenium, John advanced from job foreman to field superintendent and on to Vice President in 2002.  In August of 2008, John Wellslager purchased the business from Jimmy and thus began a new era for our company.  Using the same detailed approach to each job, John and the JPE team continue to consistently bring in our commercial projects on time and under budget. We at JPE also strive to serve the local Clewiston area and surrounding Glades communities with prompt, quality services to residences as well as commercial properties within. It is the goal of JPE's service department to bring back to the people of "the Glades" the exceptional service that was once a mainstay in our area.  Unfortunately, some companies have drifted away from customer service and the idea that the paying public should be satisfied and happy with a product or service they pay for.  Our Mission Jimmy Pittman Electrical, Inc. (JPE) is a full service electrical contractor located on the southwest shore of Lake Okeechobee in Clewiston, FL.  Our central location in south Florida, allows us to easily serve both the east and west coasts of Florida as well as extreme south to the Keys and north into central Florida. We are committed to continuing the relationships with the General Contractors we’ve successefully completed projects with for over the last 25 years.  Likewise, we eagerly look forward to building new business relationships with contractors with whom we have yet to work.  As always, we give our professional promise of never cutting corners or sacrificing quality for any reason on our projects.  Our renewed focus on the local Glades communities and the service to our hometown is very important to us (We're your neighbor).  We guarantee satisfaction and back it up with the integrity we've become known for.  It is our intention to assure the residents of Clewiston, Labelle, Moore Haven and other surrounding Glades communities that we will continue to provide prompt, quality service along with courteous and reliable communication for all your service needs, whether it be your home or business.  Whether the job is a large commercial project or the smallest service call, Jimmy Pittman Electrical will always place the customer first, guaranteeing satisfaction.
