About Jian Jones Jian Jones is a native of Tallahassee, Florida by way of Pelham, Georgia. Jian is natural athlete, tree-hugger and goofball. During her youth, creative freedom was displayed in sports, exploring her neighborhood via bike and pretending she was “Harriet the Spy” which balanced out low self- esteem and trying to fit in the mold of others. Jian is a graduate of Florida Atlantic and Florida A&M Universities where she studied Exercise Science & Health Promotion, Health-Science & Occupation and Occupational Therapy. Jian has always had a passion for wellbeing and motivating others to be their best selves. Jian has discovered her calling as a Minister of Wellbeing and is in pursuit of assisting those to find their own purpose through her slogan “Press+FLY™. The Mission I inspire people to reach their highest potential and goals through motivational speaking, coaching, writing and producing & directing media such as podcast and film. My foundation is homeostasis: mental, emotional, spiritual, social and physical wellbeing. In order for us to reach our highest potential and goals, we must accept and love ourselves fully, flaws and all, then pursue change. That is my mission!
