The most stressful part of personal training is finding the "perfect time" to workout in a hectic schedule. In my experience, my typical personal training clients would travel about 2-3 times every month. Although we'd manage to get results; the weeks off the training regimen affected motivation and poor nutritional choices followed. When we are working out-feeling good, we tend to be more cautious about our daily choices.
I realized there had to be something I could do to help my clients when they traveled; that's when I turned my attention to mobile coaching over a smart phone or computer.
