Hello… Welcome to JFG Realty, LLC and JFG Properties, LLC “JFG” is a name that we could easily and naturally derive from our initials and turned out “Just Freaking Good” for us. We are Joyce and Frank Gamache. Married for over 36 years and doing business together all this time. As a Real Estate Broker, Joyce runs the business along with Frank as salesman. The focus of work is with the portfolio of JFG Properties, acquisitions, sales and consulting in Real Estate matters. Though we do not actively solicit listings or show properties, we are however, actively engaged in this industry. As members of the local multiple listing agency, we stay “on top” of local real estate activity, trends, laws and practices affecting this interesting field. “JFG Properties, LLC is a natural progression to incorporate the rental and investment portfolio. Emphasis on single family detached homes in the Ocala area has led to a number of rental properties. These have been acquired over several years allowing for steady appreciation, income production and equity buildup. All property service, maintenance and repairs are handled in house along with management of the tenant rolls. Another offshoot of JFG is Gamache Construction, LLC. Again, emphasis is on JFG owned real estate. This company also comprises another JFG. Son, John F. is a principal owner and operator. Thank you for your interest in JFG.
