Financial planning services include investment planning and estate planning. Lastly, management advisory services consist of projection analysis and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to operating Jess Stern CPA, LLC, I served as the chief financial officer to a publicly held company listed on the Nasdaq. In addition, I worked for a "big eight" accounting firm in their audit department. I also worked as a tax preparer for high net worth individuals with a national Asset Management Group. I am a licensed CPA in New York, New Jersey and Florida. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and various state societies around the country.
